Solimar hatches in "E" glass or composite are manufactured on male and
female molds, with or without camber. Lay-up is under vacuum at a maximum
temperature of 120° C and at a pressure of 3 bar. It is widely recognized
by our clients that the final hatch is technologically advanced and perfect in
each detail. The hardware is very strong and the "car body"
finish with 2 can paint is very accurate. The final look of the hatch
ready to be laminated to the boat deck will have no defects whatsoever.
Solimar has developed an instruction sheet for the correct selection of all accessories. Panels can be glass, Perspex or Plexiglas.
